01
Acceptance and contracting party
By using this website or asking Your Best Choice to evaluate a request, you agree to these general Terms. Before any paid engagement begins, the responsible contracting person or entity, scope, price and applicable order terms will be identified in writing.
02
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. We may request reasonable age or identity verification before accepting a brief.
03
Scope of service
Your Best Choice may evaluate and coordinate lawful private introductions, social hosts, event models, guest-relations teams, social companionship for events, dinners and travel, and logistics directly connected with an agreed team or introduction.
04
Service boundaries
The service does not arrange unlawful activity, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, sexual services, services involving minors, or conduct that violates another person's rights. No participant is required to accept an invitation or continue an interaction.
05
Consent and participant independence
Every introduction and participation decision is subject to the other person's voluntary interest, consent and availability. Participants remain independent adults with the right to decline, set boundaries or leave. A client may request an approach to a specific person, but access, acceptance or a personal outcome cannot be guaranteed.
06
Brief, quotation and confirmation
A request is not confirmed merely because it has been discussed. After the brief, we may provide a written scope, quotation, invoice, payment schedule, cancellation terms and operational requirements. Work begins only after the required terms are accepted and any required payment is received.
07
Fees, payments and cancellations
Fees, deposits, supplier costs, taxes, cancellation terms and refund rules are agreed for each request before confirmation. Costs already incurred, non-refundable supplier payments and completed work may remain payable to the extent stated in the written order terms and permitted by applicable law.
08
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, communicate intended use honestly, respect time and boundaries, follow safety and venue rules, pay agreed amounts on time and avoid harassment, discrimination, manipulation, threats, intoxication that creates a safety risk, unlawful recording or any unlawful conduct.
09
Refusal or termination
We may refuse, pause or end a request when it is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, unrealistic, abusive, inconsistent with these Terms, unpaid, or likely to harm a client, participant, partner or the reputation and operation of the service. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where safety or law requires it.
10
Confidentiality and NDA
We limit sensitive information to people reasonably required for an active brief. Separate NDA terms may be agreed in writing. Confidentiality does not prevent disclosure required by law, necessary for safety, payment recovery or the defence of legal rights.
11
Third-party providers
Flights, hotels, transport, venues, restaurants, payment services and other third-party services may be subject to the provider's own terms. Unless the written agreement states otherwise, Your Best Choice coordinates these providers but does not control events such as cancellations, delays, border decisions, venue rules or supplier failure.
12
No guarantee of personal outcome
We may guarantee only the work expressly stated in a confirmed written scope. We do not guarantee that a specific person will respond, accept an invitation, develop personal chemistry, begin a relationship, remain in contact or produce a particular business or social outcome.
13
Website content and intellectual property
Website content is general information and not a confirmed offer for a particular request. The Your Best Choice name, layout, copy, graphics and original materials may not be copied, represented as another service or used commercially without written permission. Case details are anonymised and must not be used to identify or contact participants.
14
Responsibility and disputes
Responsibility for a confirmed request is governed by the written agreement and mandatory applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The governing law, contracting party and dispute process will be stated in the relevant commercial documents until permanent operator details are published.
15
Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the operator, services or legal requirements change. The version in force when a request is confirmed applies together with the written terms of that request. Questions may be submitted through the contacts on this page.
