This Policy explains how information is handled when you visit the website, contact Your Best Choice or ask us to evaluate and coordinate a private request.
Last updated: 19 August 2026
01
Who is responsible for the information
For an initial enquiry, information is handled by the person or team operating the Your Best Choice brand and communicating with you. For a confirmed engagement, the responsible contracting person or entity is identified in the proposal, invoice or agreement.
Until a dedicated corporate email is published, privacy requests may be submitted through the Telegram and WhatsApp contacts listed on this page.
02
Information we may receive
We limit collection to information reasonably needed to assess, prepare, contract and deliver a request.
Identity and contact information, such as name, username, telephone number, email and preferred communication channel.
Request information, such as city, dates, format, preferences, budget range, guest profile and logistical requirements.
Communications, including messages, files and information voluntarily shared during a brief.
Contract and transaction information, such as agreed scope, invoice, payment status and accounting records. We do not ask for full card credentials through this website.
Professional or publicly available information when a request concerns a specific person, potential participant or partner.
Technical information processed by the hosting platform, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral source and security logs.
03
How information is obtained
Information may come directly from you, from a representative or referring partner, from people involved in fulfilling the request, from service providers, or from lawful public sources relevant to a specific brief.
04
Why information is used
Depending on the request and applicable law, information is used to take steps requested before a contract, perform a confirmed agreement, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate business and safety interests, or act on valid consent where consent is required.
Respond to an enquiry and build a clear brief.
Assess feasibility, availability, suitability, safety and conflicts.
Prepare a selection, introduction, event team or related logistics.
Communicate with participants, partners and service providers on a need-to-know basis.
Issue proposals and invoices, receive payment and maintain required records.
Prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct and threats to participants or the service.
Establish, exercise or defend legal claims and comply with lawful requests from authorities.
05
Information about other people
Do not provide private or sensitive information about another person unless you have a lawful reason to do so. If a request concerns a specific person, we may review relevant public information or communicate through mutual contacts, representatives or a respectful direct approach.
Where required by applicable law, the person concerned will be given relevant privacy information, subject to lawful exceptions.
06
Who may receive information
Only information reasonably required for an active request is shared. We do not sell personal information.
Managers and authorised members of the Your Best Choice team.
Selected participants, mutual contacts, representatives and referring partners.
Travel agents, transport providers, hotels, venues, event suppliers and other providers required for delivery.
Payment, accounting, legal, compliance, hosting and communications providers.
Authorities or advisers when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
07
International processing
Requests are international and may require communication or service providers in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where it was collected. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the responsible operator will use an available lawful mechanism or obtain a relevant authorisation.
08
Retention
Unconfirmed enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required for security or legal reasons.
Operational files for completed requests are normally retained for up to 24 months. Contracts, invoices, payment and accounting records may be kept for the longer period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations. Information is deleted, anonymised or access-restricted when it is no longer needed.
09
Security and confidentiality
We use need-to-know access, limited disclosure and reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the request. No internet or messaging system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passports, payment-card details or highly sensitive documents until a manager confirms that they are necessary and identifies the appropriate channel.
10
Your choices and rights
Subject to the law that applies to the responsible operator and your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about the use of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent for future processing; and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
11
Cookies, analytics and third-party services
Your Best Choice does not currently intentionally deploy advertising or behavioural analytics cookies on this website. Essential technical processing may still be performed by the hosting platform for delivery, reliability and security.
The website operates a private request form. Information submitted through it is stored in access-restricted platform storage and is available only to the authorised service operator. When manager alerts are enabled, WhatsApp may receive limited operational details such as the request reference, service type, location and urgency. The client's name, contact details and full brief remain in the restricted panel. Telegram, WhatsApp and other external services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
12
Adults only
The service and this website are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly accept requests from minors. If information about a minor is received unintentionally, please contact us so that it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
13
Updates and contact
This Policy may be updated when the legal operator, contact details, services, forms or processing practices change. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
